Frequently Asked Questions

What can I manage with WAPRO?

WhatsApp links and funnels, a URL Shortener, and Telegram deep links. They share one account and dashboard, with separate product-specific destinations and publishing-domain choices.

Do I need a WhatsApp number for Telegram or short URLs?

No. WhatsApp uses phone numbers. Telegram uses usernames, public groups or channels, invitations, bot start links or share actions. URL Shortener uses HTTP or HTTPS URLs.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Assign a compatible active custom domain to the WhatsApp, URL Shortener or Telegram publishing pool, then select it when creating the corresponding destination.

How does monthly billing work?

The platform administrator configures USD prices, module bundles, quotas and promotions. Monthly is the common purchase interval. Automatic renewal is offered only with supported, configured payment authorization and explicit consent; otherwise checkout is a single-period payment. Exact renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Which payment methods are supported?

ABC Money, Whop and Cryptomus are shown at checkout when configured and enabled. A published price does not mean every payment method is currently available.

Does the Telegram module read messages or connect a bot?

No. It creates Telegram deep links and records clicks before redirecting. It does not read chats, manage bot tokens, send bulk messages or provide Telegram automation.

How can I sign in?

Email and a login code remain available. Email/password and Google sign-in are also available when the Firebase integration is configured. No username is required.
